Overall good services this past time for me. They were not able to vacuum the inside and my wiper blades do look like they need to be replaced. Neither one of these are significant. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses! This is all you will get if you need a repair under warranty or recall. Their top priority is only paying customers. I dropped off my car 8 weeks ago This is all you will get if you need a repair under warranty or recall. Their top priority is only paying customers. I dropped off my car 8 weeks ago! Yes! 8 weeks. I left a poor review on Google last week and now they want return my calls. My car needs the EPA Exhaust repair. Since it costs them money, my car is very low priority. Don’t waste your time with these folks. It seems they’re headed for bankruptcy as they can’t keep service techs because they don’t pay enough and they only want to do repairs that bring revenues. I suggest you go out of town to a larger dealership to buy your car. You won’t get good service after the sale at Carlton.
