They suggested work that either already has been done or was not needed, even after I did not request them to do anything past what I made the appointment for. Ordered parts ahead of time, was told I’d was not needed, even after I did not request them to do anything past what I made the appointment for. Ordered parts ahead of time, was told I’d be notified when they came in, but wasn’t. When I called to ask about the parts, they told me they’d been there for a few days. Service was done. Their status website said they were waiting on authorization for work. I had to go ask about real status after 1 1/2 hours. Then had to wait for the cashier. After waiting for 20 minutes asked about status and it was sitting there waiting for me to ask. Overall, not a great experience. Have had better at the Honda deal ship near me. More

I'm brand new to Volkswagen and I took my Taos in for its first oil change. The entire staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Even though i dropped it off last Thursday night, it took until Saturday midday to even know what it needed. After confusion with the service texts and online updates suggesting only needed fuel and oil addi until Saturday midday to even know what it needed. I had to get rides to and from work that Monday. Kinda frustrating. More
