I have given this place so much patience and tries, it's frustrating. I bought my car from them in 2018, and have had so much issues. I live in Milwaukee and drive there for maintenance for the last 7 ye frustrating. I bought my car from them in 2018, and have had so much issues. I live in Milwaukee and drive there for maintenance for the last 7 years because I had a care package for oil changes after Toyota Care ended. Brand New Car, I had a tire pressure issues took it in twice and they finally found the issue, waited forever for them to seal it too. I also alway heard rattling noises from my NEW JBL speakers, addressed it multiple times and after so many they finally said that they found the issue and replaced the speakers. I have had my brakes replaced only to later hear a noise with breaking, took it back and my rotors were warped so they had to address that. Worse yet, not even not even 70,000 miles on this car and I have spent thousands on it. Replacing a water pump and now my suspension issues too. Last year, I heard noises from my car took it in they said it was my sway bar bushings and struts. When the struts broke, I went back there for them to fix it. The clinking stopped but I still heard the squeaking/creaking noise occasionally assumed it was my sway bar bushings. I took it into to a Toyota dealership near me, they said my sway bar bushings and suspension was fine. The squeaking and creaking continue and is now more frequent. We took it into a car shop of a family friend, again my suspension is fine and not the sway bar bushings. NOW I find out that the struts that was replaced last year are NOT OEM!!!! I took it a Toyota Dealership to get it fixed and the parts were not OEM, are you serious?!! At the time of service NO ONE TOLD ME either! I called today to ask them if they use OEM parts or after markets, and they said they do use OEM unless they cannot for some reason. I ask if they disclose this to clients when they use after market, they said they do. I asked about my car specifically and after looking up all of my service issues the excuse I got was that because my Camry is 2018 (which is when the body style changed), the parts could be hard to find or the fit is different so after market works sometimes. They apologized that I wasn't told at the time. Its just the dishonesty for me at this point on top of the constant issues I have had with this car. This is the frustrating part about trusting any car maintenance and dealerships. I trusted bringing my car to a Toyota Dealership, assuming services would be done appropriately and parts would be the best for my car. No one told me about the after market struts, neither was that on my service paper or I was even given the option to wait for OEM parts. Now, I still hear a creaking noise and two other mechanics telling me that its not my sway bar bushings or unsure of where that noise is coming from. Do better! I guess I should have stuck to dealerships in town instead of driving all the way to Racine for my services. More
