My current service appointment went very quickly, Ashleigh was friendly and helpful. My displeasure was with the battery which Zeigler replaced. It failed twice this past January and left me sittin Ashleigh was friendly and helpful. My displeasure was with the battery which Zeigler replaced. It failed twice this past January and left me sitting in an unresponsive car. AAA bailed me out and Zeigler replaced the less than 2 yr. old battery at no charge. I think I should have been told that you had given me a reused battery and not a new one. It worked out ok because i had AAA and was not far from home, but could have been bad had I been on a long trip. More
