I purchased my truck less than a year ago and started have start up issues and steering issues. I scheduled service to change my oil and have these issues addressed 4 weeks out because that was first av have start up issues and steering issues. I scheduled service to change my oil and have these issues addressed 4 weeks out because that was first available time slot. Dropped of my truck night before and I expected a phone call the next day, no one called in fact when I called I found that the person handling my service had left for the day. When someone called me back they said my service was complete and that they had found an exhaust leak and that it was not covered under either warranties and it would cost me approx $500 to repair I declined. When I arrived after reviewing my paperwork I found that my steering issue was never addressed. I need my truck so I said nothing and left. You pride yourself on your excellent customer service but at this time I don’t see it. Also my wife purchased a new Jeep that continually has radio issues kind of disappointing! With that she purchased all weather mats which took 8 months to arrive and when I picked them up I found that they where in fact aftermarket purchased from Amazon. We paid approximately $230 and they sell for $154 on Amazon, no one made an attempt to say anything. I had to address this issue and your parts department did make the price adjustment with some push from me. You have a nice thing going but you need to work on your customer service.
