Terrible service, certified 2020 Ram 1500 Longhorn (purchased around Aug 2022) water leaked into back cap but not aware of for months due to storing lots of stuffs back there. Discovered that carpet w (purchased around Aug 2022) water leaked into back cap but not aware of for months due to storing lots of stuffs back there. Discovered that carpet was all moldy after smell during driving and also water droplets around back window frame. Vehicle dropped off 11/15/23 for leak issue / recall; ended with back window replaced and my request for carpet replacement/mold remediation. Service folks stated that would take care of the request. Vehicle was kept for 3 weeks and came to realize that carpet was never cleaned after got home with the Ram. So, personally cleaned the carpet with disinfectants next day. We were speechless with this after David Dodge promised to take care of the issue. Will reach out Stellantis next for resolution to the mold. More
