I scheduled a servicing (oil change-tire rotation based on my wife telling me that the car (her car) was due for service and state inspection. I arrived at the scheduled time and checked in, shortly after on my wife telling me that the car (her car) was due for service and state inspection. I arrived at the scheduled time and checked in, shortly after the service technician came out and told me that I was not due the oil change or rotation for another 1500 miles, how did I want to proceed; to which I was shocked and told him to state inspect the vehicle and we would reschedule at the proper mileage. This action saved me money on work not due and got me back to duties that needed doing in lieu of waiting for the vehicle to be completed. To me, this was a definite win on behalf of the dealership for my bank account. That small thing, earns five stars. More
