Problems with the vehicle not presented during sale, salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and trans salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. Two major problems include the rotors needing replacement, worn breaks, and transmission issues during reverse and drive. They did have their maintenance take a look and they could not "recreate" the issue but it is still very apparent regardless of their lack of diagnosis. I've felt as though they have treated me as ignorant, thinking I'm uninformed of mechanics. I have voiced my concerns and have yet to get any response. My Google review reflects such treatment. More

My service rep Nate wasn’t in quite yet when I arrived, but when he did he did such an amazing job. I actually only book service work through him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I was ready to let this thing go and move on, but you keep asking so I'll keep telling you. The experience was terrible in nearly every way. I'm not convinced the shop is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill to work on the RAM 3500 Series trucks they're "certified" to work on. More

I feel that Nate Razim is probably the best in his dept ! !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed. He treated me as though I was the only customer in the receiving !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed. He treated me as though I was the only customer in the receiving dept. where I brought my car !! Made me feel so special and made my day with his smile and his knowledge about my problem. The last trip was on Dec. 15 at which time they told me that replacements had been ordered and they'd contact me when received to schedule the next service.
