What a great experience! The facility was well kept nicely appointed and the staff friendly going out of their way to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the no pressure they just laid out all the facts and let us decide. Ryno was our salesman and Ammar our finance guy AWESOME! Terrible service. Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department but Jose would not listen at all. He kept shutting me down. Problem was not fixed. Jose does not respond to text or calls. Jose gave me the wrong car keys. Car was not returned to customers settings. I could barely reach the steering wheel. Seat was almost lying flat. AC was set on LO. Did not know it had a LO. Only a digital number. Took me a while to fix that. The door handle was greasy. Car was not washed. This service department is only getting worse. More
