An oil change should be 40 min, maybe an hour with an
appointment. 1.5 hrs later, I had no update via text or anything. I asked if they were done and was informed a recall was being worked. This took ano

This took another 1.5 hrs for 3 hrs total without communication to me of what was going on. Arturo did credited me an oil change, but this was a frustrating appointment.
