Not the best experience. Was informed they couldn't find any problems. Art wasn't the most customer service focused and gave a little bit of an attitude. Had to return to the dealership and drive with Art, the manager. Art informed me I might have to just wait "for it to get worse" and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. My vehicle had a warranty and waiting wasn't an option. Received a call later that day that they found the problem and the vehicle needed a new fuel pump. Art's attitude change for the better, go figure. Had to wait another week for the part to arrive and the vehicle to be ready. I picked up the vehicle and as I drove off the lot my check engine light came on. Had to turn around and wait again for a tech to look at the vehicle and fix the issue. I really wanted to have a good experience as they are local but probably won't return for service. The older gentlemen at the counter was super nice and helpful, great customer service. Art, not so much. More

I got excellent service. They were thorough and good at explaining everything. I enjoyed taking the car for a test drive. I was very fortunate that they had a Bronco Spirt in the color and with features I had in mind right on the lot. The salesman , Jonathan Cabral, was very helpful . He patiently answered all my questions. I recommend McFarland Ford if Rochester to anyone looking for a Ford. More

Very pleased with the service received. Went in for a Ford recall and was told it could take up to a hour to repair. Didn't finish my cup of coffee. Was charged $170 diagnostic fee even though contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leakin contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leaking break fluid everywhere. They tried to charge me $2400+ for repair. Went to auto zone and bought $200 worth of parts and fixed it myself. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this company and paid them in full. A 24 year customer, but I will never return. More
