I have never met anyone who was able to explain a vehicle in such great detail (and we've purchased a lot of cars in the past). Arseni had a lot of knowledge and was so kind not just to us but especially with our kids. Our kids mean the world to us and their safety is our #1 priority so finding a reliable car was a must.
