Bought a 2024 model car from here, after I paid for the
car I was handed the keys, both keys had missing metal inserts (incomplete keys) I asked the salesman if the keys were complete becuase they didn’t
car I was handed the keys, both keys had missing metal inserts (incomplete keys) I asked the salesman if the keys were complete becuase they didn’t look right, he assured me that they were complete and that these keys don’t have metal inserts, I google it and it turns out that they should have them and they were misplaced by the dealer. I called and asked about it, they apologised and said they would be in touch last week about it. I heard nothing. I then had to follow up multiple times to see if they had located the keys, the response they gave was a picture of the “sold as seen” contract and a flat out refusal to do anything about it. I spent 130k on this vehicle, it was 10 months old . This dealership is deceitful and dishonest. If you are considering buying a vehicle here - be extremely careful.
