Last March 2019 we experience a house break in and they took the service key of the RAV4 right away I went to this dealership and asked them the cost to replace the keys and Jeanette recommend to replace the key cylinder and the key and Arnel from the parts dept. helped to order the right parts for the vehicle both of them are so quick and courteous and the key cylinder was replaced the following day. Jeanneth together with the diagnosing Technician informed of the service to be done with part to replace and the estimated cost to fix it in less than 15 minutes. In less than an hour, service is done. A bonus to my 2 kids: Shoutout to Jovie for taking my kids into their company barbecue and giving both ice cream in cone. "Boring" word was never uttered by these kids in the duration of our wait. I thought that was awesome. More
