CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS. SEVERAL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE TERRIBLE. AFTER APPRAISING MY TRADE IN, I HAD TO ASK 5 TIMES, REPEAT, 5 TIMES, TO RETURN MY KEYS, SO I COULD LEAVE. THAT WAS MY FIRST VISIT. THEY CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THAT AND I ENDED UP WORKING WITH NICK, WHO WAS GREAT.
SO MUCH MORE TO SAY REGARDING MY INITIAL VISIT, BUT FRANKLY I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR THE ENERGY TO EXPLAIN IT AGAIN. NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
