While the new car ordering process was excellent, the ceramic coating treatment sold and applied by the dealer was terrible in both the interior and exterior. At least 5 highly visible spots were on t ceramic coating treatment sold and applied by the dealer was terrible in both the interior and exterior. At least 5 highly visible spots were on the hood and 3 on the rear trunk panel. Also a cloudy film was left on the interior windows that I’m still trying to clear up. Obviously the car wasn’t even checked over by the person applying the coating nor was it checked by anyone else at the dealer before I picked it up. I couldn’t remove the spots myself so had to bring a brand new car in for service. Unfortunately the service process did not go well either, I would never order the ceramic coating from this dealer again. More

Final edit to my original review… Sai and Craig did a great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle. They were kind and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me on trade in value of great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle. They were kind and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me on trade in value of my car and through the negotiations. The time to finish my purchase seemed a little long but not terrible. I did run into an issue with transparency around receiving the title, when signing they did not tell me they were waiting on the lien release from the previous owner. I was only told that I would receive all the final paperwork in the mail about two weeks after my purchase, but i did not receive it until 4 weeks after my purchase. The dealer did pay for the late fee for paying the taxes after 30 days. Overall I will say I was satisfied with the process and my purchase. I would recommend asking questions and get direct answers if you are not walking out of the dealership with the title. More

Great communication throughout without being overbearing. Wendy was super responsive and had a warm personality. Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience, and working with some dealers can leave a bad taste in your mouth. Definitely not the case for me with this transaction. I feel comfortable recommending that you consider BMW of West St. Louis if you're in the market, and Wendy is an excellent client rep. More
