There was some confusion as to who would be my sales consultant because I’d started my car buying process online, scheduled an appointment and at the last minute changed my appointment time. Nonetheless, a smooth transition. Armani was very detailed and immersive with information about Acura/Honda and all the things my MDX could do. This is my first Acura and Armani made me feel like my husband and I made the best decision. He weighed the pros and cons of competitors I had been researching, like Lexus and Range Rover. In the end, we left feeling ecstatic, NOT like we’d just been bamboozled. Armani, is an asset and Godsend. Grubbs Acura was AMAZING! The dealership was clean and spacious. As soon as we got there everyone was making sure we got taken care of. We were offered bottled water and coffee as we waited.
