My salesperson was very good, I think he was very new but did a good job. MY problem was in the finance department. Someone slipped an extended warranty on my sale that I did not ask for and said no to. I no did a good job. MY problem was in the finance department. Someone slipped an extended warranty on my sale that I did not ask for and said no to. I noticed it when i got my loan app on my phone, the amount of the loan and the amount I put down were not adding up. I tried to contact Armando 2 times by phone with no response then got him on the phone the third time. He tried to blame it on the finance company. I called them and they said no, that's not true. I went back to the dealership because now i realized that they never gave me a broken down bill of sale. So after going over everything we figure out the warranty thing. I was a bit annoyed and they agreed to reverse it. The problem is the fact that they did it maliciously and when they got caught there was no sorry, they just acted like it was not big deal. Very shady practice, I am sure they do it a lot but most people just don't notice it. More
