I've been a long time customer of Wickstrom Service. Armando is one of my preferred service specialists. He is always friendly and considerate of my time. Most of the specialists are upfront about what Armando is one of my preferred service specialists. He is always friendly and considerate of my time. Most of the specialists are upfront about what maintenance work is needed immediately and what can wait. They usually keep you informed on possible upcoming work within the next year so that you can be prepared for upcoming expenses and avoid unexpected large bills. I will continue to be a customer of Wickstrom Service because of the quality and integrity of their service specialists. More

I am a repeat customer, always been happy with the dealership, but when asked what they could do to make me buy that day I said give me chey's version of weathertech floor mats. They said we can do th dealership, but when asked what they could do to make me buy that day I said give me chey's version of weathertech floor mats. They said we can do that, but didn't give me cargo liner for my new equinox. I called and asked why not and was told it wasn't in the contract I signed. After a couple of hours I got a call back and was told they would come thru. It is on back order so still waiting to see if they keep their word. More

Armando made a mistake and didn't use an applicable warranty to cover my repair. Maybe not his fault, it's an unusual warranty. I have been waiting for 6 months for the service manager to finish his warranty to cover my repair. Maybe not his fault, it's an unusual warranty. Mr. Reyes did a great job of explaining and informing me of the work being performed. It did however take a lot longer than I expected. I still can’t believe that the two tires wore out after only 30 some t of the work being performed. It did however take a lot longer than I expected. I still can’t believe that the two tires wore out after only 30 some thousand miles. My tires usually last between 50 and 60 thousand miles. He helped me get my reward points used, thanks More
