Worst service center ever. Two days going to check my Prologue and both times they said they can’t check it out after TWO HOURS waiting. made appointment specifying all recall word to be performed. Day of service could not be completed bc part was not available, and required leaving overnight to complete. Also, service person incorrectly quoted work and was charged more than estimate. Spoke to another service person as the original person I worked with was not in, and they made small adjustment. Work seems ok, just not handled well. More
