I went in for a car service and they wanted to charge me for a previous service i had a year ago. Once i went back again for the same service a year later they wanted to charge us double for last year and charge us for a service we did not ask or wanted to get done at the time. We only came for an oil change. I had to talk with the service member and the manager and they were arguing over the charge and wanted to charge us for a service we did not ask to do.
