Wait was much longer than I had been told it would be on the phone. I tried to get a new key made. Key does not work, unable to reach anyone by phone. Hoping to get a full refund. the phone. I went in for a car service and they wanted to charge me for a previous service i had a year ago. A year ago they had us wating for more than 4 hours for an oil change service and they decided to give us a for a previous service i had a year ago. A year ago they had us wating for more than 4 hours for an oil change service and they decided to give us a free oil change since we waited for more than 4 hours at the dealership. Once i went back again for the same service a year later they wanted to charge us double for last year and charge us for a service we did not ask or wanted to get done at the time. We only came for an oil change. I had to talk with the service member and the manager and they were arguing over the charge and wanted to charge us for a service we did not ask to do. They wanted to overcharge us. More

The online scheduling was fairly easy, although there was a bit of a hiccup when I called the service phone number and it kept hanging up on me (either option 1 or 3).
