Impeccable buying experience After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel Szwec and Mark Latta at Sullivan. They were extremely up-front with no game playing. They did a fantastic job sitting down with us, explaining all of our options and determining what made the most sense for us financially and to best meet our needs. We never found ourselves second guessing our experience at Sullivans and felt very comfortable that we were not only treated fairly, but that the folks at Sullivan bent over backwards to make it an easy and well-informed purchasing decision. Mike was a pleasure to deal with in finance and took great care to make sure we were apprised of our options and that we selected options the were best in line with our desires. We have loved our 2014 Enclave and know that if we have any questions, Mark and Ariel will be happy to help us out. I would actively recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Buick GMC. More

Be Careful I ordered and purchased a 2015 Yukon XL Denali through Sullivan Buick GMC. The ordering process was okay but once the truck arrived (1 month later) t I ordered and purchased a 2015 Yukon XL Denali through Sullivan Buick GMC. The ordering process was okay but once the truck arrived (1 month later) they gouged me on price, saying that I had agreed to pay full MSRP when I had not done so. (Would never have ordered through them had that been stated at the time of order). So...after several phone calls and chasing the GM he eventually said to me, "I do not feel that I owe you anything" but did take $1,000 off the price of the vehicle (a laughably small discount off the $75,000 MSRP). I certainly understand, respect, and appreciate Sullivan's need to make every transaction profitable but in this case they came off as opportunistic and greedy. Yes, I was purchasing a hot new vehicle but I expected more flexibility and customer respect from an established dealership like Sullivan. However, the single most disappointing aspect of my experience with Sullivan Buick GMC was the fact that the General Manager left me with the impression that it was my privilege to purchase from his dealership. More

A Satisfied Customer Since 1979 I bought my first Sullivan Pontiac in1979 and have bought every new car from them since then. Not only was I satisfied by their sales staff, but their service and administrative staff have always treated me with respect and value as a customer. Although this dealership is not the closest to me. I have always felt that by going a little out of my way, I would be treated and get the best as a customer. I've seen salesmen, finance, and management staff change but have never seen a compromise in Sullivan's commitment to satisfying their customers. Congratulation on a job well done. This time, Gabe Szwec and Lou M. worked with me to secure a lease that worked within my budget...and boy did it ever! I knew I wanted another LaCrosse and this one is loaded with bells and whistles that I will need to remember to use. Honestly, the car can drive itself! I always get a bit anxious when it is time for a new lease, but as soon as I walk into Sullivan, that goes away as you are treated like a longtime friend. He gave me accurate honest information and provided me with additional pictures and information regarding the car before I made the trip out. Once the purchase was made, I worked with an amazing group of managers, Lou Mostaccio, Ariel Szwec, Mike Bott, who provided outstanding customer support. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Everything they said they would do they did. The team at this dealership in my opinion is an exceptional group who truly does believe that the customer comes first and prides themselves on customer satisfaction.
