Way overbooked and need more mechanics! If your vehicle breaks down it takes a minimum of at least a month to get it looked at just to diagnose the problem!! Other shops in town can usually have you up and running in a day or two. I’m held hostage by the extended warranty something I never will buy again is an extended warranty because you can only get the work done at the dealership and they take forever to approve anything three transmissions later. I finally got my transmission fixed this last time. It took a month to fix the fuel problem, but a big thank you to Ariel who got my car in a month and a half sooner than originally estimated. The only problem is my headlights The mechanics told her they were aftermarket headlights so they couldn’t replace them, which is not true because I had to spend an extra $300 at auto trim design only to find out that they were the factory installed headlights from the factory and it sounds like the mechanics just didn’t want to do the headlights there at Chevy thank you, Ariel for getting it in sooner and getting it fixed faster! To the sales department when I tried to trade my vehicle in the last time I was in the shop for the transmission for the third time you guys told me GM didn’t have financial service anymore, which wasn’t true. I got three ads in the mail. From Chevrolet with GM financing why did you guys tell me they weren’t business no more. If you don’t want my business, just let me know and I’ll go to Ford next time when I trade this Chevrolet traverse eventually I have bought my last four vehicles from you guys and you guys made me feel like you didn’t want my repeat business for a fifth time!! Horrible communication. Never heard back after running my credit more than they should have. Asked about another car and still waiting for a response 2 weeks later. They will not work with you if you have hard of hearing and fail to provide proof they “winterized” a used truck, that has a 800 add on. Had a friend check a different used car and they never winterized that. Extremely dissatisfied, Seekins ford took great care of me. More

I stopped in to buy a new car, but at the same time my 2017 Yukon XL needed an appointment for service. When I went to the service desk there were 5 workers sitting at desks. No customers. I walked up to one and asked to make an appointment for my car. She said "no stand by that pole". then one guy called me forward and I told him I needed an appointment. He said oh I can't do that you need to stand by the pole. The others are still not helping anyone, but glued to their computers. VERY FRUSTRATING. I won't be buying a new car there if I can't get service on one I already own. 907-505-0305. My salesman was very helpful. Kelly, but he didn't try to help in the Service department even when I told him I wouldn't buy where I couldn't get service. More
