Over all is ok, the only thing I am not happy is the intake person who has no knowledge about the car that I have then refereed to manger, but manger said that this issue ( dash display is dark) is norm More

We understand your concern regarding the dash display brightness on your RAV4. When our consultant, confirmed that your display was set to maximum brightness she wanted to consult with our manager, Matt, who explained how the brightness adjusts automatically. However, we understand that it still appeared dim to you. We want to make sure your concern is thoroughly addressed.
