Initial communications went well. Repair was fully completed. Our service consultant was ill the day the car was finished. No one called us to tell us it was ready for pick-up. Carver Toyota Service Department has earned my business because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilit because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilities through the Toyota App and on their website. Currently you cannot schedule service via the Toyota App for Carver Toyota’s Service Center, and when scheduling service online you are only capable of scheduling one item per appointment. For instance you cannot schedule service only schedule an oil change, and if you wish to schedule a tire rotation you have to schedule two separate appointments. For efficiency purposes it would be easier if the customer could schedule both under one appointment. More

I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible. If I could give a negative rating I would .. run forest ru several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible. Had appointment on October 2 to program a second key fob and mechanical key. Ariel Mcfarland did her job well enough. Nevertheless, when I got home and tried to use the new mechanical key, it did not work and mechanical key. Ariel Mcfarland did her job well enough. Nevertheless, when I got home and tried to use the new mechanical key, it did not work. It was clearly cut wrong. When I called to inform Carver that the key did not work, I was told to come back on October 14. The person who cut the new key did a poor job. Should be fired. What about charges for environmental waste and shop supplies? Thid is a rip off. More
