The dealership loaned me a car and charged me $30 for tolls and gas. I brought the loaner back with a full tank and the only toll of $1.74 they are charging me. They would not credit it to the $30.00 they charged me. I will never go back to Lincoln of Cutler Bay. I called the manager and they did not want to assist me with these unfair charges. The nicest Sales rep, Ariel told me to put gas in the car when I returned it, by the time I called to complaint Ariel was no longer working there. There did not let me use my SunPass. More
