Work was done correctly after a three hour delay starting the work even though parts and mechanics were available. I was not kept informed while waiting and discovered the delay myself. When I asked about the delay I received a very disingenuous reply saying that my appointment was with the representative not for the service. The service manager argued with me that I should have known that and that I shouldn’t have waited. I didn’t need a representative as I had just been there the week before and they ordered and had received the parts that they knew needed to be done this visit. They never updated their service tracker in the five plus hours that I was there; it always indicated that my car was awaiting service. Very poor communication and customer respect. More

Usually good service and timely, however my most recent service was disappointing. Despite having an appointment adequately on line, and told the wait would be 2 hours for what needed to be done, I checke service was disappointing. I was told they would try to look at it asap and have it done in 30 minutes. It was ready 1-1/2 hour later.
