I’ve owned 4 Hyundai’s. Had my 2023 Santa Fe only two years old serviced 3 times for the same problem in two weeks. Only reason for one star is they gave us a loaner car twice. After three separate service visits I was told each time they had fixed the problem. Each time not fixed. After the third visit was told they had to contact the manufacturer ( Hyundai ) in order to continue to trouble shoot the issues. After three weeks not return phone call. Not even to say they were trying to resolve the issues. Decided to trade the car in at a different dealer. I would never recommend this dealer because they don’t care about honoring the manufacturer warranty. They do not return phone calls, etc. Next time I have any issues with a Hyundai only two years old I’ll contact an attorney that specializes in lemon laws and make Hyundai buy back the vehicle and Hyundai/ Kia will never have my business again. More

At my last visit I asked that my car radio and air condition be checked and neither was done, but you did not fail to mention multiple additional services needed. Upon my 12/24/2024, my car radio condition be checked and neither was done, but you did not fail to mention multiple additional services needed. Upon my 12/24/2024, my car radio setting was changed (not radio the station), from radio turning off after the engine was turned off and the car door opened in this order, to immediately (radio) turning off after the car engine was turned off. The air conditioner on the passenger side takes a long time to cool off, and is always a lot warmer than the driver's side even at the same or lower temperature. The driver's side heats up well, but the passenger's does not heat up at all even when it's turned up on high. When I went to pick up my car I was standing in front of your service adviser 5 to 10 minutes before he acknowledged my presence. I would have never treated one of my client in this manner.! I will consider going to the Hyundai dealership in Naples to have my car serviced. Lastly, your documented stated that I declined RECALL at this time, instead of saying you do not have the recall parts. This is a blatant lie, I did NOT declined recall maintenance. Sorry, zero to one star only. More
