Seems up and down and not always customer-centered. We have bought 2 cars there and many elsewhere. We get good service and attention at times like yesterday. At times the telephone number doesn’t even answer in Service. Once we had a simple problem and could get no one to answer the phone. Frustrating. More

Initially I was assigned another tech and he came out 25mins late. He did not apologize and I asked for a manager and he indicated 'my manager is probably with a customer too' then proceeds to state 'I'm 25mins late. He did not apologize and I asked for a manager and he indicated 'my manager is probably with a customer too' then proceeds to state 'I'm here now' after I discussed being late with no communication. Once the manager came out I only received an apology and nothing else not an incentive for my wait and frustrating dealing with lack of professionalism. More
