Worst car buying experience of our lives. Our salesman Anthony was amazing but when we went to sign the final paperwork (I think the guys name was Arie) he berated multiple times for not goin Our salesman Anthony was amazing but when we went to sign the final paperwork (I think the guys name was Arie) he berated multiple times for not going with the more expensive monthly package, and gave us a different price than what the original finance guy gave us. He also spent the entire time talking about how unreliable Subarus were (which is what we were buying). He eventually made me cry and we left immediately. Terrible experience. More

He's relatively new in the business, but knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to get to know me to know what I was looking for. Travis and Zach, senior salesmen and mentors, were nearby to address the few questions Domingo didn't immediately know, while making sure he had the space and autonomy to manage the sale himself. Last but not least, Ari was a refreshingly down-to-earch back-office manager who was every bit as congenial and warm as the sales floor folk. Moreover, the way everyone talked about their workplace, really reinforced the senior leadership team understands service and leadership and prioritizes doing the right thing over a quick sale. More
