the customer service I received during my recent service appointment. I brought my vehicle in for service and was informed that the work would take a

The dealership arranged an Uber ride for me to return home while my vehicle was being serviced. After being home for about five hours, I received a call advising me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, although an additional part needed to be ordered and would arrive the following day. I acknowledged the update, and another Uber ride was arranged for me to return to the dealership and retrieve my vehicle. Unfortunately, the Uber driver passed my pickup location. When I contacted the driver, I was informed that the information they received indicated that the pickup location was the dealership itself rather than my home address. I immediately called the service department and explained the situation to a staff member because my service advisor was unavailable. I was told that my advisor would be notified and that another Uber ride would be arranged. I then waited approximately 45 minutes but never received confirmation of a new ride. I called the dealership again, requested to speak with my advisor, and was told he was unavailable. I then asked to speak with a manager and was informed that the manager had already left for the day and that there was no one available to assist me. After waiting more than an hour, my service advisor finally returned my call. I explained that I had been waiting outside for approximately 45 minutes for a replace
