Made an appointment for 10am to get my first oil change. When I arrived I was told their were 2 cars ahead of me that did not have an appointment. Was told that even though they make appointments on line it When I arrived I was told their were 2 cars ahead of me that did not have an appointment. Was told that even though they make appointments on line it is first come first served. Why would you make an appointment if it is not honored? Will not come back here for service again. Took over an hour for a simple oil change. More

Recall Item Handled Professionally With the exception of running over by 20 minutes in their timing estimate, the recall was done well. The pleasant surprise was that all the car's systems were checked and a "Report Card" was provided showing everything was in spec's and running smoothly. This was reassuring. both Service managers were pleasant and made the process an easy one. More
