I usually deal with Jonathan Quinones and was worried that I wouldn’t get the same kind of care, but I was pleasantly surprised by Antonio’s attitude and caring ways. Awesome Experience with Mohamad! ! Shopping for a new car at Findlay Honda Henderson was our best-ever car purchase experience! From the moment we arrived and got out of our car, we ! Shopping for a new car at Findlay Honda Henderson was our best-ever car purchase experience! From the moment we arrived and got out of our car, we were approached by Mohamad Alkoussa who offered his assistance. We told him what we were interested in seeing and what seemed only a few minutes, he had found a car in the color we wanted and got the car for us to take a test drive. We loved the car and the price negotiation was “pressure-free” and not a stressful experience as car buying can be at some dealerships. We felt Mohamad had our best interests in mind and helped negotiate a deal we could not refuse! What made this also such a great experience was Mohamad’s engaging personality, technical knowledge, and caring attitude…and follow up exhibited by him throughout the car buying process, even after the sale. Ask for Mohamadi when you schedule a visit or walk in…you will not be disappointed! I also want to give a shout-out for Francisco in Credit and Antonio in Service. Both gentlemen were also a pleasure to deal with and final paperwork and service prep was handled easily and quickly. We are from Denver and recently purchased a house in Henderson so we can spend more time with our grandchildren. Car buying is not something we do frequently….but dealing with Findlay and these guys was a pleasure we did not expect but highly appreciated! More

I went to Findley Honda on 6/3/24 late in the AM for an oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) th oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) they could do it that day by 4PM. I said OK and agreed on the $287.08 price. Shortly before 4PM the SA called and said the car was done but more work was needed. If I wanted I could leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. I declined and told the SA I was coming to pick up my car. When I arrived the SA handed me the paperwork and I paid the bill while he retrieved the car. I noticed the outside of the car was filthy and the inside windows were no better. While waiting for the car I looked at the paperwork and saw some of the things he wanted to do on my 2006 Civic that had 111,636 miles. fuel system service. cost $191.60 brake system fluid exchange cost $164.77 replace engine coolant. cost $170.51 replace plugs. cost $246.39 manual transmission service. cost $154.27 I told the SA I had those services performed at 100,000 miles by their dealership.He went back inside came out about 2 minutes later and said they had no record of it only some oil changes from the past. I went home checked my previous paperwork and the service I listed with the quoted price had been performed at 101,00 miles. If I told the SA to go ahead and do the work they recommended the bill would have been $3639.63 not including what I already paid. I expect a lot of businesses see a somewhat dimwitted senior citizen walking in the door. My advice don't be afraid to say NO until you get all the available information. More
