A few of them on the lot needed updates, so the team expedited the one we wanted and had it ready for pickup the next day. From start to finish, the experience was excellent — Luis was outstanding and truly knows the Volvo brand. On the sales management side, we began working with Tony and finalized the deal with Bo. They were transparent throughout the entire process, and we were able to get everything completed smoothly. The next morning, once the update was done, we came back to complete the finance paperwork.
