We worked with Antoni on purchasing a Tundra. I was a bit hesitant going in because so many dealerships try to play games, and I was bracing for the same. Antoni was very enthusiastic about earning our business, but he was also upfront, put real numbers on the table, and never talked down to me or assumed we didn’t know what we was doing just because — which sadly, happened at other dealers. I asked to get some add-ons removed, and it was handled quickly and without drama. Everything we agreed on was honored, and I was able to handle the entire process without being second-guessed or dismissed. It’s sad that just being transparent and straightforward earns a review like this when that should be the baseline — but in this market, that’s exactly what won my business. If you want a salesperson who will keep it real and respect you through the process, ask for Antoni and by extension his manager Billy. Alex in finance was friendly, personal and extremely patient during the process as we attempted to bring in bank financing which didn't go as smoothly as we thought it would. He was able to get us a comparable rate much faster and easier than the bank was working with us. More
