Spent 3. 1/2 hours with my 80+ year old Cuzin drove the sonata agreed on a monthly payment , call her car insurance company they sent over copy’s of insurance 1/2 hours with my 80+ year old Cuzin drove the sonata agreed on a monthly payment , call her car insurance company they sent over copy’s of insurance cards agreed on down payment ! $1500 & tax’s when the F. I manager showed us the billing . More then $100 a month more so we told them no deal I asked to have all the personal papers copy of driver license Social Security number all the personal info returned to us ..they told me NO they now belong to Coconut creek Hyundai I asked them to shred them in front of me , NO please leave or will call the police I call him a crook , I have the photo of the F. I. Guy giving me the finger telling me to kiss his ??? Yes I have it . Don’t do business t with this Coconut Creek Hyundai. I will now contact the state find out about shredding my personal info so as not to get scammed or our ID stollen Just because I cought them trying to get us to pay more for the car then blaming the salesman for showing us & driving the wrong carc that they billed out . Happy Hyundai Driver Anton was able to find the car we wanted and and made it happen and we were very happy with the lease deal. He really made the experience very pleas Anton was able to find the car we wanted and and made it happen and we were very happy with the lease deal. He really made the experience very pleasent, was very much a gentleman, extremely polite and could not have been nicer to work with. He showed us everything about the car hooked up my phone and the blue link . We were most impressed with the dealership and Anton. We also really were happy with the finance man we met with, who explaned the safe lease etc. It was all a very painless experience compared to many painful experiences we have had over the years at other dealerships ,however never a King dealership they have always been great to work with. This is our 6th Hyundai. More
