I just bought a 2025 Camry XLE from Hall Toyota in Virginia Beach. I contacted four dealerships to get the best out-the-door price including taxes and fees. One dealership wanted me to visit in person Virginia Beach. I contacted four dealerships to get the best out-the-door price including taxes and fees. One dealership wanted me to visit in person, another left numerous voicemails, and the third gave me a non-negotiable price. However, Hall Toyota was different. Their salesman, Antoine Whitted, provided a reasonable initial OTD price that we negotiated via text messaging. He was professional and accommodating. When I visited the dealership to finalize the transaction, everything was prepared. If you're in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend visiting Hall Toyota Virginia Beach and asking for Antoine Whitted. He's the best. More

One of the best buying experiences I've ever had! Buying a new vehicle is stressful and sometimes just downright dreaded. While every employee I came into contact with was extremely friendly and professional, I have to give a shout out to Antoine. His upbeat personality and all around good vibe, honesty and patience blew me away. I greatly appreciate the time he took to go over every detail of my car with me and answer all of my questions. Very good transaction I called ahead to see if the cars were available. Antione answered and asked that I ask for him when I got there. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgable about cars of all kinds and the process. This was a used car, and we found a stain on the back seat. He took it right over to the service area and had it removed while we waited. Very proactive. Like any transaction on a large purchase, you never really know if there was any room on price, or if he read me and just wouldn't budge. But he was fair and the price on the vehicle was good. While I'm sure the other salespeople are also very nice, I will always ask for him, and recommend him highly. There are two points of feedback I would like to have considered. 1. The purchase process itself (after agreement) seemed to take a very long time. It would be better to let the buyer know what is going on during that time. Even if it's,"There are people ahead of you" or "The bank takes an hour or so to get back to us." I still have no idea what took so long. Communication always helps. 2. I understand it's the Finance guy's role to sell the extended warranty. And putting the price in terms of repair costs or addition to the monthly payment helps put things in perspective, but after I declined several times I asked if I could still purchase it after that day. He said I had until the end of the month. I told him right then that I do not respond well to high-pressure sales. I do my research and make an informed decision. In my mind we wasted a bunch of time on that part of the deal. More
