While I absolutely love my new Roque, I cannot give this dealership anything other than an average rating. I do feel the sales manager talked around answers instead of answering directly. The time it took between singing my paperwork and me driving off the lot was a bit longer than I would have liked it to be. I was also really disappointed when I called about 5 days later when I realized I had left my sunglasses in the holder of my old vehicle and was really hoping that detailing would have set it in a "lost and found" JUST in case the owner realized they were missing (or even located the previous owner and called me) but instead I was told that when things are found in the vehicles, they just toss them. That's pretty cold considering the previous owner just spent so much money on a new vehicle. Setting the glasses aside for a month is the least they could have done for me. I really like those glasses and I am very disappointed I am not getting them back. Something so simple could have made this rating WAY better. More
