Waited 3. 5 hours after arriving on time at 11:30. Courteous people, but was probably short on staff. After receing vehicle, two of my tires were not rotated. 5 hours after arriving on time at 11:30. Courteous people, but was probably short on staff. After receing vehicle, two of my tires were not rotated. Informed staff and it was corrected. The experience could have been better. The waiting room had coffee but no snacks and it was cold while waiting. I left guite hungry. More
