The dealership is currently under renovation. I found it quite confusing on first approach because of the large trailer in the parking lot that says service department. It was hot, humid and unco I found it quite confusing on first approach because of the large trailer in the parking lot that says service department. It was hot, humid and uncomfortable to be hunting down where the actual location is. If the sign had simply said “future service Center” it would’ve been helpful. Anthony Uhler was my customer service agent and has been for many many years now. When I complain to him about the confusion he was very gracious and explained what the plans were which of course are long-term improvements to Customer Service.The work done to my brand new 2022 Santa Fe Was impeccable as always.I have been a Hyundai customer for over 25 years and I purchased almost all my vehicles from this dealership. Never really had a bad experience with this dealership completely repairs in a timely manner just this time they forgot to do something that I requested but I have to bring it back to have something insta completely repairs in a timely manner just this time they forgot to do something that I requested but I have to bring it back to have something installed that was not available so it's not a big problem so it's not so it's not a big problem and they were very helpful The The service manager was instrumental in getting me accepted permission from a Hyundai to complete a body repair stemming from corrosion I was very happy about this I am not happy with the body shop though That's a joke 65 days they had my car and it sat there for 30 plus days with nothing being done not acceptable cost me a tremendous amount of money in excess of $800 for rental and they knew I had to pay for the rental as it was not part of my agreement to fix the vehicle with Hyundai but the service department it good More

Both service advisors, Cierra and Anthony, were very friendly and courteous and had my cars service visits completed ahead of the promised time days. Horrible service, Unhonest employees, had to wait 3 hours for a diagnostic that took 15 minutes tops to do which ended up to cost $180 and the worker Ashley didn’t warn us about the cost.
