Had appointment on Friday with Zach for 25K service, dealership didn't have all 4 tires I needed so made another appointment to come the next day (Saturday (another 30 minute trip)). When we got there dealership didn't have all 4 tires I needed so made another appointment to come the next day (Saturday (another 30 minute trip)). When we got there on Saturday, Dealership had not ordered tires and consultant (Anthony) said "this is not my ticket, i don't know anything about it" and was unwilling to help, provide any workaround, or apologize. Went down the street and spent my $ at Discount Tire. Won't be spending any $ on an services not part of my existing maintenance contract in the future. Very disappointed as previous service has been satisfactory.. . . More
