Upon arrival for our appointment, an informed salesperson met with us to discuss our objectives and the options available. An SQ5 equipped similar to the one in which we were interested was waiting to be test driven. The discussion and presentation of the terms of purchase was straightforward and without pressure. We had some concerns about the optional equipment on the vehicle in which we were most interested, but those were explained and addressed satisfactorily. Following completion of the paperwork, the car was prepared and we were given helpful training on some of the technology that was unfamiliar. In every sense, James Taylor, Tony Johnson and Stephen Hlavka provided a positive and professional buying experience. I recommend Park Place Audi to anyone who might be interested in purchasing an Audi. More

After shopping around at two other Twin Cities Luther VW dealerships on Saturday, August 17th, we contacted Park Place Motor Cars. The experience was like night and day. Demetrius and the team at Park Place Motors were great, they went the extra mile to complete the sale. Anthony Johnson was really great to work with - the best! We were given the best price available in the cities and everyone was very professional throughout the process. The other two Luther VW dealerships we visited that day were either unable or unwilling to allow us to test drive a Golf R. In one instance, standing within arms reach of a 2019 red Golf R and being refused a test drive we escalated our request to the sales manager - he also refused our request to test drive a Golf R. We highlighted our Touareg purchase from that same dealership the year before - didn't matter, refused. If you are in the market for a Golf R and you want to test drive without a hassle - Park Place Motors is your best (only?) option! We're definitely staying with Park Place Motor Cars going forward, they understand and appreciate customer loyalty. More
