Also my car had a defective wiper blade and a sunscreen that needed repair. They drove 3 hours to my house to pick up my car and take it back to their service department. Now that's amazing service! Other staff at Park Place were helpful and friendly and again, not pushy when it came to closing the deal. They presented package options and let us decide what we wanted, and we felt no pressure to buy things we didn’t want. He was shocked by the poor service I’ve receieved and recommends a full buff on the vehicle. Not sure why the dealership would be so shady and hide this on a brand new car. Also the big dent that was promised to be easy to get out was extremely difficult to get out and was impossible to fully repair. Disappointed and a little disgusted with the sloppy work on my “brand new” vehicle. This dealership seems extremely lazy. I hope this can be fixed or I will have to report this to BBB. More
