My wife and I just purchased an Audi A5 Sportback from Mohegan Audi two days ago. We have been a customer of Mohegan Audi for over 25 years and have purchased many cars from the dealership. I got to know Mohegan Audi two days ago. We have been a customer of Mohegan Audi for over 25 years and have purchased many cars from the dealership. I got to know many of the employees and even the owner Barry Rost. Whenever I came for service or to purchase another Audi it was as if I was part of the crew. Recently Mr. Ross retired and sold the dealership to a company. The dealership did retain many of the former employees and a few new ones. I was a little nervous when I went to purchase our first car under the new ownership. I wasn't sure how the purchase would go. I was purchasing a car with my wife. We looked at many colors of the model we wanted, some in the show room, some on the lot and they even drove to their extra storage lot to bring all the colors that the A5 Sportback came in to show my wife and myself. We finally chose the color we wanted and we made the purchase. The deal was done just before closing and we were to pick up the car the next day. When the next day came my wife and I changed our minds on the color car we wanted. (All the paperwork was completed for the original car). The Sales Manager and our Salesman said "No Problem". I know this was a big headache for them but they still did it with smiles on their faces. We were happy and we felt we were part of the Mohegan crew again. I would like to thank the Sales Manager Anthony Augusta and Salesman Anthony Tezzi for going above and beyond. This is the worst car buying experience/ ownership ever in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times sin in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times since and still same issue they obviously are not looking at what cause the issue just replacement is there only process. I schedule service and there is always some issue as to why I can’t get a loaner. I scheduled service with a loaner waited 2 weeks and still my wife and two kids were turned away. They don’t call to tell you the parts are in and they just done care about customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone or anything living! More

Was the worst sales experience of my life. Manager Anthony Tizzi was so rude and aggressive. He approached me at the desk where the sales man was like I was a ignorant woman that has no idea a Manager Anthony Tizzi was so rude and aggressive. He approached me at the desk where the sales man was like I was a ignorant woman that has no idea about cars. No hello so nice to meet you, how can I help you. He walks up and says hi I am Anthony and the car you are interested in is a loaner. I say oh it has all the plastic and clearly never used brand new. He says well its slated to be a loaner, and even if it wasn't its over the amount you can trade for with this deal you want. I explained that I had gotten a manufactures dealer for a release of Q7, and he was very argumentative, aggressive and condescending in the way he spoke to me. It was as if he did not want to sell me a car! I have been leasing a Q7 for 3 years I should have gone back to Meadowlands where I took the lease. This place was a total waste of time, and to be treated so rudely by the manager when I was there to trade my car and make him some money. You would have thought he didn't want the business. Dont waste your time at this place it is run by some chauvinistic manager, that talks down to women and acts like we don't know what we are talking about.! Would not give them my business for anything. If I could give him a no star I would. More
