EXTREMELY disappointing and deeply concerning experience with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. I was sold an Audi Q6 that began having serious mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately, incl with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. What is most alarming is that serious safety concerns keep being minimized as "software," with no real urgency, accountability, or meaningful resolution from either the dealership or Audi corporate. This goes far beyond poor customer service. It is a complete failure to stand behind the vehicle they sold and to treat customer safety with the seriousness it deserves. I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering an Audi Q6 to do extensive research first. Based on my experience, and 3 other people I know that got the same car and are having similar problems, neither Audi Mission Viejo or Audi Corporate name did not mean quality, safety, or accountability.
