Secondly, Chad in finance provided “above the rim” customer service by providing diverse options for us in utilizing a previous purchased warranty extension and converting the unused value into a new agreement for our used 2022 recent purchase. This new agreement keeps us coming to Honda of Lincoln for service and their commitment to meeting the customer’s needs shines brighter than the other dealerships we visited. More

He was personable, understanding, and knowledgeable about his role and Honda as an organization. My husband has owned two previous Hondas, but this will be our first new vehicle from Honda, and we're already thrilled. It's important to note that I test-drove here two years ago and had a great experience. With the worldwide chip shortage, it has been hard to find a new car for a reasonable price. Anthony in sales was able to find me an Accord with the exact trim level/color I wanted and at a reasonable pr find a new car for a reasonable price.
