We had scheduled an appointment to come purchase a specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that specific vehicle in stock. My husband had to rearrange his work and take time off, only to receive a text a couple hours before the appointment that they sold the vehicle. This is completely unacceptable, and the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. My husband was assured that he could purchase the vehicle, but they lied, then suggested he buy another that is twice as expensive that he has no interest in. I will never buy a car or deal with any Fletcher Jones dealerships, and I strongly recommend to everyone to go somewhere else. More

I was so disappointed with the BAIT & SWITCH that was pulled on me and my family on Father’s Day. My husband had been texting with a salesperson about a particular pre-owned vehicle. Anthony knew all the pulled on me and my family on Father’s Day. My husband had been texting with a salesperson about a particular pre-owned vehicle. Anthony knew all the details of our situation and agreed that we could make a deal. Once we drove OVER AN HOUR to the dealership, we were being swindled by Peter the manager to get into a new vehicle or lease a vehicle which we had expressly stated we did not want. The salesperson and manager’s slimy tactics were so transparent. We basically wasted our time, gas and Father’s Day on the employees of the dealership lying to us. I found out later that evening that Peter wasn’t even a manager but just another sales associate. These salespeople are just playing games to make a sale. Buyer beware More
