I have sent my complaint concerning my experience with milwaukee ford and customer service. My score is just an example of how poor the service was. One notation, cell phones should not be allowed during working conditions it shows poor work ethics. More

The service manager was rude, belligerent, and microaggressive. She was not going to do service on my vehicle including a recall. Anthony became very defensive after I questioned him about fees I microaggressive. She was not going to do service on my vehicle including a recall. Anthony became very defensive after I questioned him about fees I would incur on the service of my leased F150. I ended up paying over $300. I did elevate my concerns to the general manager, who was compassionate and professional. I sincerely thank him. After having over 4 or 5 F150 trucks, this truck is not of the quality of my previous trucks. Even though maintenance was done on this truck, it still doesn’t drive correctly. This truck has been a tremendous disappointment. WE have been loyal Ford vehicles owners for decades; it sad the same loyalty is not reciprocated to your customers. More
