I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Volkswagen of Clarksville has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Not only has the dealership failed to fix the problem after multiple visits, but now they’re trying to charge me for a repair that’s clearly still under warranty. At this point, I don’t know if it’s incompetence or outright dishonesty, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want the headache of chasing basic accountability. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Volkswagen of Clarksville. Bought a brand new car from them on 8/14/24, car came with a leak in the washer fluid, bad windshield wiper motor, driver side back window doesn’t Bought a brand new car from them on 8/14/24, car came with a leak in the washer fluid, bad windshield wiper motor, driver side back window doesn’t roll up, and driver side door seal has been ripped since day one. Originally reached out to speak to John Bishop and was told that “that is how it is supposed to be” which was an obvious lie. I felt disrespected being straight up lied to, so I was rude and disrespectful back. They told me to take the car to another dealership which I gladly did. Steven Mayfield told me I could have another individual bring the car in which I did, they gave her the same lies about that’s how the door is supposed to be so I left a review on Carfax about how I’m being disrespected and lied to as a brand new customer. Received a message from Volkswagen asking what they can do to make it better so I reached out and talked to John bishop again, John was great we sorted out our differences and agreed to meet and have it looked at again. Today I called and was answered by Anthony M (he refused to give me his last name) who told me they will not be replacing it unless I pay $700 because of how I disrespected them (after they disrespected me) and because I left a negative review on Carfax, of course I’m going to negatively review you if you try to xxxx me over, so I told Anthony to suck my dick cause they’re not going to lie, give me the run around and scam me. xxxx company do not buy a car from Volkswagen of Clarksville, they are scammers and liars who wanna get every penny from you. More
