We are so very excited with the purchase of our 2025 Explorer. This is the 3rd Explorer we purchased from DCH. Two of which were from Tony (Anthony) Mills at DCH Ford. Sales and finance personnel were good. No pressure at all. Sierra Sieg (internet sales) was also helpful. Car wasn't as clean as I would have expected when I took delivery. Windows looked like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth. Nitpicky I get it but just would have expected a little better. Explanation of car features was very limited upon delivery. Salesman started to go over features but then said 'he was being called by someone inside' and left. Not a huge issue as he could probably spend hours going over every menu and feature the car has to offer. Finance guy is an Eagles fan. I wouldn't have bought the car there had I known that prior.
