Very Professional! I went to Gurnee CJDR to get my Dodge Journey Serviced last week. The service required a few days so they gave me a loaner for the time being. They contacted once a day with an updated status of the service, which helped my nerves. Once completed I got a call for pick up. I was very satisfied with the service and how so welcoming the staff is there. I will definitely recommend this dealer for business. More
